Application

Thermal insulation in chimneys. The stone wool slab is placed on the back of the fireplace, and in the interior of the hood, with the aluminium sheet faced towards the source of heat. 

Advantages

 Maintenance of a low temperature on the external part of the hood allows protection of the objects incontact.

 Prevents fissures in the hood facing in case of sudden temperature rise.

 Barrier to strong heat losses of the household. The FIREROCK slab protects the walls and prevents thermal shocks like for example those after ignition).

 Aluminium high temperature protective facing reflects the heat towards the inside of the hood.

 Firerock slabs are easy to cut and can be installed in any type of chimney. The lightness of the slabs allows an easy installation and fixing in the interior of the hood.
